This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

By clicking “Sign In”, “Sign Up”, “Continue”, or by downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, website (lifepartnerai.in), or related matchmaking services, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with LifePartner AI and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Safety Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

LifePartner AI is strictly designed for adults seeking genuine matrimonial and meaningful relationships. To create an account and access the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a contract and are not prohibited under Indian law or any court order from seeking matrimonial or matchmaking services.
• You will maintain only one authentic profile and will not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, marital status, or identity.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Member Conduct & Prohibited Content (IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(1)(b))

LifePartner AI enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy for abusive, fraudulent, or sexually explicit content. In compliance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you agree that you shall NOT host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
• Is obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes money laundering or gambling.
• Depicts or transmits non-consensual sexual content, adult nudity, intimate images, or sexual solicitation.
• Is harmful to children or minors in any manner.
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or patently false information.
• Impersonates another person or uses photographs of any individual without their express consent.
• Involves soliciting money, loans, financial gifts, fraud, romance scams, commercial prostitution, or illegal matchmaking.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

4. Automated Safety Screening & Moderation

To maintain a safe community and fulfill statutory intermediary obligations, LifePartner AI employs real-time automated safety screening and authorized Trust & Safety review:

• All uploaded media (including profile avatars, story posts, and shared chat attachments) is automatically evaluated by safety filters prior to permanent storage to detect and block explicit, obscene, or abusive content.
• Any content flagged by automated safety systems or reported by members will be quarantined immediately. We reserve the absolute right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any user who violates our safety policies without prior warning or liability.

5. Privacy of Communications & Real-Time Calls

We respect the confidentiality of your personal conversations and hold member privacy to multinational enterprise standards:

• Voice & Video Calls: All 1-on-1 audio and video calls travel directly in real-time between connected participants. LifePartner AI does NOT record, monitor, listen to, or save any live audio or video calls.
• Text Chats & Media: Text messages and shared attachments are securely transmitted and stored in protected, encrypted cloud infrastructure solely to deliver your chat history across your authorized devices.
• Confidentiality: Private conversations are confidential between you and your match. Company personnel do not routinely read private conversations unless reported by a participant for harassment, fraud, or violations of law, or as required by a lawful government order.

6. User Content & License Granted to the Platform

You retain ownership of the photographs, bios, and personal content you post on LifePartner AI. However, by submitting content, you grant LifePartner AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Platform.

All text, software, user interfaces, visual design, algorithms, logos, and trademarks created by LifePartner AI are our exclusive intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Member Interactions & Offline Safety Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. While LifePartner AI utilizes verification tools and automated safety systems:

• LifePartner AI is a matchmaking technology platform and does not conduct formal criminal background checks or guarantee the moral character, background, or statements of any individual member.
• You agree to exercise high discretion and due caution when interacting, sharing contact details, or planning offline meetings with matches. Never send money, bank credentials, or financial assistance to anyone you meet online.
• LifePartner AI is not liable for any conduct, whether online or offline, of any member of the Platform.

8. Virtual Coins, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

• In-App Coins: LifePartner Coins are digital virtual items purchased to unlock matchmaking features and direct interactions. Coins possess no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.
• Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions provide time-bound features and renew according to the chosen billing plan. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable once activated. In the event of a documented billing discrepancy or technical payment failure where funds were debited without credit, contact our billing desk at lifepartnerai.in@gmail.com for an immediate review.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIFEPARTNER AI PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MATCH SUCCESS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFEPARTNER AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MEMBER INTERACTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifePartner AI, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or rights of any third party.

11. Account Termination & Legal Enforcement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, pose a risk to the community, or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities. In cases involving cyber harassment, financial scams, impersonation, or distribution of prohibited media, LifePartner AI reserves the right to preserve relevant digital records and report the incident to the Cyber Crime Cell and competent law enforcement authorities.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of LifePartner AI shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably agree that the competent courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
